Wiley X always delivers when it comes to quality and customer service! Recently I ordered a hat that was on back order and was subsequently discontinued. Wiley X shipped me a replacement hat expeditiously. At the same time, the decision was made to not discontinue the original hat, which was also shipped to me free of charge! I offered to pay for the hat, but was informed it was on them. Communication was prompt and courteous. Wiley X has been my preferred brand while on active duty and in retirement.
