Didn’t received my package yet! FedEx gave the package to Third party January 22, and no update on tracking since!

C’est la première fois que j’ai un problème avec un achat et le fait d’avoir laisser 2 messages sans avoir un rappel n’est pas fort vu le nombre d’achat que je fait durant l’année.

My order was scheduled to be delivered by ups Jan 10/25. It has been at the depot since that time which is an hour away. They say delayed due to weather but the weather here has been the best we've had in years, warm and no snow. Not sure what is going on
