Stick broke after only a couple of weeks

My son loves you r products but they are expensive. We finally got him the Arm pads instead of arm guards because they ripped after a month is use. We may get a year out of one of your sticks and then they snap in half. I personally would not order a STX product again but it's what he wants.

The return was easy enough, as long as I get my refund (!). My son was so disappointed about getting the wrong head. We didn't have time for him to wait to get the correct one, as he was leaving for away camp.

Unfortunately this stick broke after 2 games. I followed the warranty instructions and it’s been over a week and the replacement still hasn’t shipped.

Got right packing list wrong items. Informed customer service, said once they receive them back they would send out the correct items. Been almost a week, no confirmation that my correct items are sent. My son's Birthday is Monday and these are his main gift this year.
