Good communication

Bikes are great. Customer service was exceptional. One bike arrived with a marred handlebar and a kinked/cracked brake cable housing. Working with Zak, replacement parts were received very quickly and without issue. He even threw in touch-up paint. Extremely happy with the Retrospec customer experience. Highly recommend and will gladly return when the need arises.
