Customer service was super communicative! They have an auto reply system and then someone follows up, which is very nice. I had to get my bike returned because I bought a bike for my height and shorter but did not take into account that my legs are nonexistent. I did have to pay to ship it back but I was able to buy a new bike actually using their bike compatibility information and tools and bought a beautiful new bike that fits me and my lifestyle perfectly. I've gotten so many compliments on my bike and the manual was very help to build it. Just please use the information the website gives you on each bike, they have soo many different bikes for different styles, purposes, and heights.
