I LOVE my Chatham step through bike! It arrived quickly and was easy for my husband to assemble. Rides like a dream! When, after only 3 rides I noticed a hard bump on my back tire, customer service agent Zac offered to ship me a new replacement tire AND provided a 10% discount off the purchase price to enable me to take the bike to a bike shop to have the new tire installed - waaay above and beyond! I ordered 3 new Koda Bikes for my kids. A 12, 16, & 20 inch. All 3 were delivered perfectly. Honestly the easiest assembly I've ever had. Parts were well made and fit beautifully. Excellent experience!
