I love Bryna Products and tell everyone about them. Have convinced several folks that do not want to shoot someone even if threaten with death, to use Bryna to Non-Lethally STOP the Threat!

I have had one mishap, & that was 100% my fault & Byrna replaced the part I needed & mistakingly bought, for free, as far as everything else, everything works excellent, never had a problem, my girlfriend and I both tried to get my green laser sights on it, & it just doesn't line up, no matter how many times we both try, even watched you tube videos on how to do it, but we'll eventually figure it out, other than that, only because I'm a man & I'm ME, the only thing I would change is more POWER!!!! LMAO, Thank You Byrna 👍😎✌

Great service great products as usual shipping could be a bit faster but all in all outstanding.

Shipping was good. Living out in Hawaii usually has its problems
