My Pilates mat was beautifully wrapped and packaged. It takes a bit for everything to be made and sent out, so don’t worry. It is worth the wait!

The info and videos on the website made it very easy to compare machines and select the right options for me. Communication about my order and shipping was great. I purchased the in-home delivery and am so glad I did as there is no way I would have been able to get the very heavy delivery into my exercise room!
