Balanced Body

I’ve been using the Balanced Body Allegro Reformer consistently, and it has exceeded every expectation. The build quality is exceptional—solid, smooth, and professional grade. The carriage glides effortlessly, the ropes adjust with ease, and every detail feels carefully engineered for both comfort and performance. What I appreciate most is its versatility. Whether I’m doing classical Pilates movements or more athletic variations, the Allegro supports a wide range of exercises without compromise. The adjustable footbar and resistance options make it simple to tailor each session, and the frame is stable enough to handle dynamic work without any wobble. Delivery was fast but I’m not not happy with the exercises in the booklet, it’s not what I was looking for or hoping for.
