The bag is great. Moving on... After I ordered it turned out this was out of stock. I got a call the next day apologising and offering me a range of options from cancellation to later delivery. In retail mistakes happen, customer service sets you apart. The customer service was great. I understood what was happening and got to choose what I wanted to happen next. Will buy here again.

I was upgrading all my D30 Evo Level 1 inserts to Level 2 and was having trouble locating someone with the knees in stock. After a short call the item was confirmed as being in stock, the website was updated immediately so I could place the order and 24hrs later they were in my Richa jeans. Great service. Thanks.

Service perfect from step 1. Ordered and arrived when it said it would be. Size wasn't best for me and needed a refund of which customer service was brilliant, sorted in no time. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
