Shipping was delayed due to barcode being unreadable. Item was shipped in a plastic bag instead of being placed into another sturdy box so the box was extremely damaged.

Decent shipping time. Customer service communication started, but then we were left in the dust, radio silence, after I submitted the requested photos and video footage.

I was looking in the 12Yr+ category for an inexpensive scooter to ride with my kids. What I got was an 8yr+ scooter that is way too small. Better for my 6yr old than me. Not sure why if you search in an age category that the website gives you listings that don’t relate.
