Probably the most impressive and positive purchase experience I've had in any retail industry. I received constant updates on my order and delivery status. The rail is as advertised, but it was even easier to put together than expected. My 7y/o grom put it together himself, and we've been sessioning it for the past few days thanks to the Northeast blizzard.
