Apex Ski Boots

It would be nice if you guys actually had boots people could demo who don’t live in Colorado. This is a novel item and it turns out I don’t love it like I thought I would but you don’t allow returns after they’ve been skiied in which sucks. I will not be recommending your boot to anyone I know

I went to rent skis in Vail Co and was told they would not rent to skis using Apex boots. I called your customer service center on March 27 and left a VM. I have not received a call back. What the heck

I explained my issues with customer service in my general review. No response from customer service by email or phone. I wasn’t properly processed after an exchange refund. Was never able to discuss.

The boot is extremely inconvenient, it does not make walking around more comfortable, and it causes an extreme pain in the ankles when skiing.
