Service was very good. A few additional adjustments need to be made.

First time out yesterday. Short day. Feet, ankle bones especially, were not sore at all. Great to walk in. Only complaint is for an older guy with back issues, getting the toe into thevfront stigg strap was a real hassle. Ss wasvtightening the arch strap clasp. But thats just me.

The first boots I ordered were out of stock, and instead of an email informing me of this fact, I got an email saying my money was being refunded. I reordered the next size up, which turned out to fit better so the outcome was good. I'm just disappointed in the lack of communication.
