I had achilles surgery 9 months ago. My surgeon recommended Apex boots because they are comfortable and mold to your feet. That was important to me because I had some hardware placed in my heel. The boots fit great and don't place stress on my heel. At 73, I'm looking forward to skiing the powder and bumps of Colorado.

It’s worrisome to order boots online, but I was so miserable that I was willing to risk it. The people at Apex are super nice and easy to work with. I skied several days at Beaver Creek with no adjustments, then stopped by their place in Golden on the way back to the airport. They hooked me up with new inserts, heat molded my liners, and added some pads for a better fit. All around top notch service.
