These boots are rad. It takes a little bit of time to get acclimated to the boot because it’s definitely different than a traditional ski boot. But after a couple of days on the mountain, I am a huge fan. They are so warm and easy to take on and off. When you pop the BOA you get a lot more circulation than even fully unbuckling a traditional boot which is so nice when it’s really cold. I was in BC in the backcountry last week near Nelson and it was -5 degrees F. My feel were warm. There are also no gaps in the material (unlike a hard shell) so they are very dry. I switched to the stiff adjustment after day 2 and I will keep it there. They ski great. I love these boots.

We both purchased Apex boots and we are very happy. I (Michele) had a pair before and had them stolen. My husband had a different brand and is very happy he switched. We are in our 70’s comfort and warmth are our top priorities.
