Apex Ski Boots

I have always had to punch my boots out, but with Apex boots, they fit great right out of the box. I the frames are stiff enough to allow me to have the performance I am looking for in a boot, but now with the comfort. I really enjoy skiing in my Apex boots.

Before purchasing boots, I sent pictures of a large bone spur on my ankle. Apex reviewed pictures to make sure the boots would be okay before recommending the purchase. They correctly assessed that they would be fine.

I'm a new skier. Had my first lesson in January and 15 sessions since then. It's something I've always wanted to do and at age 67, I finally can give it a go. I realized quickly that rental boots were hit or miss and started looking for the right boots. One of my instructors, (a man skiing longer than I am old) had some Apex boots from a few years ago. He highly recommended them. Now I've had a few sessions with my new boots I can say I made the right decision. They feel great and the convenience makes them spectacular. Since I'm a beginner, I was a bit concerned that the maximum flex shim might still be too stiff for me, but that turned out to be a non-issue. I am very happy with my choice.

First time using my new boots today at Park City. Happy feet! Very easy to adapt to. The BOA system is great. No more unbuckle on lift to relieve pressure points. My prior boots were Surefit from 6 years ago. I thought those were a vast improvement over prior boot technology but the Apex blows them away! good job guys, I'm a fan!
