Sorry I haven’t gotten back to you sooner. I’ve tried the Ultra Ankle four or five times. It works great, but I have a major fit problem. I have a very high arch and the base plate of the Ultra Ankle sticks into the back of the ball of my foot. It’s very uncomfortable. Five minutes is about the max. i wear a size 8 and got the smallest size and its way too big, doesnt even fit my foot. every time i bend my foot ( every step i walk ) the bottom part stabs me in the middle of my foot and hurts so bad.
