Arrived fast, easy to assemble. Smooth operation allows me to pedal while I work at my desk. Multiple tension settings allow me to adjust how hard I pedal. Tracks strides, calories, distance, speed & time. I find myself pedaling without really realizing it. If I lean back some in my chair I feel it in my abs. So much better than just sitting while I work!

Great construction & quality improvements from the original which I should’ve not had mid-stepped on. I’m glad I did having received a stronger quality upgrade pedal design with the screw longer & stronger.. the pedal even feels better while in use now stronger hold.. The price was awesome for the pair, highly recommend & appreciate. Glue tried😖then I was save🤗 Love Free Gift Thanks!!
