I definitely will use Optics Outfitter again. It was great to receive samples to try on before making a purchase. When the samples that were sent did not meet my needs, customer service was awesome. Based on their questions and my answers, I now have a perfect pair of sports glasses for pickleball. Everything happened as expected, based on their communication, including the timeframe they gave me to receive my glasses.
