good customer service and responsive within an hour. i had gotten the wrong size and they sent me a new size right away and a return form via email. noticing less feeling of impact with the q collar on. takes a second to get used to but you start to forget you’re even wearing it. it does get hot around the neck in warmer weather.

I have loved my q-collar!! Being an athlete who has experienced multiple concussions, I now play with more piece of mind knowing I’m protected!
