I ordered the wrong size for my son and Robin was emailing me back and forth helping me come up with the right size for him. I did an exchange with zero issues and didn’t have to pay anything to send the original back!

I ordered a collar for my 13 yr old son and sue to him goofing around (shocker) the collar was too big. I knew this because inside the awesome case it comes with an awesome fit tool. I immediately reached out to the company and got a prompt reply helping ensure the fit and replacement. The thing I really appreciated was that they processed and shipped the replacement out before I had even sent the incorrect one back. They sent a prepaid return shipping label the same day. I also had ordered two sleeves and thought I received the wrong color on one, but turns out their navy is more of a royal navy and I did receive the correct one just fyi. My son is only on day three of wearing it and if I’m being honest he hates it. He says he can’t breathe with it on which is clearly not accurate. He is definitely just in the getting used to it phase and a teen that hates change and being the only one whose mom makes him wear one lol. Don’t worry his guardian helmet helps him stand out more and he’ll get used to it lol. I’m thankful for this device and it gives me a little bit of ease knowing it’s a layer of protection that has been proven effective. My other older son has had three concussions and I will do whatever I can to prevent this one from getting any.
