I hate reviews to a point, in my old job my pay was affected by negative reviews so I won't do less than 5 stars. Also, the world has lost its mind and the firearms industry is overwhelmed. I realize this. However, I'm frustrated. I tried to place an order earlier this month, immediately my payment was declined, and everything was (and still is) out of stock. It took 3 weeks to have my email returned, only to find out it was a website developer error. I don't view this as a negative on the company, and I will place my order when/if things come back in stock.

Absolutely love my Raptor SD and talon ambidextrous safety selector. I didn't think that a charging handle could feel as fluid and as solid as this one does. I've tried a couple but they were heavy, awkward, or the "wings" stuck out too far for the ambi controls. This is the PERFECT balance for me. The safety selector is very smooth, and solid feeling. Very confident sounding engagement while staying nice and fluid. Not much experience with many different safety selectors but I do love the way this one feels compared to my friends timber creek selector. Would recommend to everyone. Customer service was top notch in my experience, couldn't see my order on the web page so I reached out via sites "Contact Us" option. A week went by, no response. Tried emailing them myself, two times. No response. Phone calls didn't seem to be going through, and I don't generally leave messages so I hang up and try again. No luck. Finally heard people had better luck on facebook, so I tried and not even five minutes later I was talking to a rep. They informed me that the product color I chose was erroneously labeled "in stock" when it was out of stock and back ordered. They offered to get me the first available color of my choice and get it on the road the next day. They did exactly that. An hour later an email with the tracking number was sent to me. It was two day priority shipping but with the current state of the country it took a full week to get here. (No fault to Radian, the post office had it for eight days in transit. Sat at a local station for two full days.) Definitely be patient with them as quality is definitely worth it.
