I purchased a Radian safety selector from a local gun shop. When I opened the package there was a spring and detent missing. I called the gun shop and they said there was nothing they could do. Sent a message to radian and they sent the parts to me next day no charge no questions asked. Excellent customer service! Oh and the Talon ambi safety selector runs like a dream. I will definitely be purchasing more Radian products in the near future.

I had a quick question about the parts I received and was very happy with the prompt response I received. That was even more impressive given the current situation where most companies won't even engage you on the phone at all, so, to quickly get a callback and to have your questions answered quickly and competently is REFRESHING to say the least!
