Fantastic customer service
At first I was a bit frustrated because I never received a confirmation email or tracking information for my order, but the customer service was very apologetic and explained that they are in the process of getting a new website and they're having problems with the current website giving accurate in stock inventory, which I can totally relate to working in the firearm industry.. John at customer service explain that my item even though it was listed in stock with curly out of stock but he helped switch my order to a different colored charging handle that I still liked no problem, so I very much appreciate the customer service
