First off, I was looking for some parts. Everybody was sold out. I decided to contact Radian direct. The customer service was fantastic. I spoke with Zac for about 20 mins. He found the parts I was looking for. He also educated me about discounts. (Charging handle and safety).(military, first responder). He asked me to set up my account, then let him know so they can set it up for automatic discount prices. Zac made the whole thing painless. I finally ordered the parts and got a great price. He was my guy the entire time. I am sure that the next order will be a great an experience as this one. My AR is almost complete with the little add on that they sell. BTW, received the parts 3 days later. Installed the parts immediately and everything worked as advertised. Plus, everything looks professionally done and very cool.
