Most impressive was the return and reorder process. The first shirt I ordered and received was a size L and was a bit tight before wearing or washing. I called your customer service and they confirmed that it would very possibly shrink a bit in the wash. I returned it to a local "return bar" store and reordered online a size XL. The new size arrived quickly and the return was painless, prompt and pleasant. The credit to my charge card was immediate. Thank You All

I had been eyeing the Mohinders with the blue and red stripe for about a year (not sure if I could pull them off) When the Huckberry exclusive pair went up on the site I decided to go for it. They are breaking in great and I have gotten several compliments the few times I have been around anyone (socially distanced of course.) I also want to say that you guys do a great job, love all the content and your customer service team is outstanding. I get compliments on my Timex Weekender all the time, I always tell people about how I had lost the backing on the screw clasp not long after I got the watch. I reached out to Customer Service to see about ordering a replacement and you guys sent me one at no charge and it arrived in about a week. I have several things from Huckberry and keep coming back because of the great products and great service. Thank you for all of your hard work, see you out there ;)

Excluding the excellent customer service on Huckberry’s part getting me the right size, These shoes are really comfy and perfect for the summer. Plus, the fact that parts of this shoe are recycled make you feel even better about buying them.

These boots are very well made and look sharp. As always, Huckberry provided excellent and fast shipping and service.

The dean boot was exactly what I was looking for. Out the box it is very comfortable and there was minimal break in time. I like that it’s lighter and a little bit sleeker than my iron rangers 8111. They appear to be very well made. Follow standard sizing for boots, I.e about a full size down from athletic shoes. Great customer service from the team at Huckberry. -Thanks.
