Out-of-the-box comfortable. The leather pull tab is very useful. The design and shape of the opening of the slipper is superior to its’ competitor (Glerups, yes, I tried them). They seem to run a good half-size big (at least for me). Shout out for great customer service (Stevon) for making the exchange for a smaller size, painless.

Hey All: Gloves feel good but fortunately Chicago hasn't gone artic yet and haven't had much use. I'll review the Huckberry product instead. Overall you guys do great work - thoughts below: 1. Product sourcing from small batch (and also large format) brands that make quality stuff that I would never know about. Diversity of products and always shuffling new stuff is also a big plus. You do a good job showcasing the manufacturers and telling their story. 2. The journal is a nice bridge to your products. Interesting reads that also get you thinking about stuff you "need" to buy. PLEASE resist the urge to release anything political. We are forced to consume that garbage everywhere else - nuff said. 3. Service has always been great. Prime has made us all expect 2 day shipping and think of keeping pace as an investment not a cost. Return process is smart and efficient and I like being able to talk to a person if need be. Cheers!
