Huckberry

I hadn’t bought from Huckberry before and it was the best experience I’ve ever had with a company. I’ll definitely buy from them again just based on that. The boots had a flaw in the sole but it was quickly corrected and the boots have received complements like others have said it does take some work to get them on for first time and break in but happens fast.

The jacket is great, but I cannot say enough about the amazing customer service team at Huckberry!! Had a few hiccups with my order and they were as kind and helpful as they could be. Moving forward, I am a loyal Huckberry customer!!

I bought this sweater as a gift last month, but it came with a hole in the side seam. I was quickly able to return the sweater for free at a Happy Returns location and initiated a free exchange for the damaged item. The exchange came arrived within a week. I'm very happy with how easy this process was!
