Huckberry

Product is great. Delivery was timely. Customer service was outstanding.

So far, this bag is everything I expected it to be. I chose to go with the slick version on Huckberry because I don't like having a lot of extra straps hanging off the bag. Whether the bag is heavily loaded or just a few items I feel as though it stays in place and doesn't sway too much. I definitely enjoy having the heavier material so that the bag holds shape no matter what you're packing. The feature that I didn't think would make a difference but has been my favorite is full zip opening. It just makes packing so much easier. The customer service experience on Huckberry was excellent. The staff is very responsive and seemed knowledgeable on the product and shipping overseas.

While it is strange that I’m wearing an XXL (always an XL), I am thrilled with this jacket and the fit. Also, I couldn’t imagine an easier or quicker return and receive than what you all just pulled off. The ‘Happy Returns’ system is absolutely amazing. Dropped off my XL jacket (too snug) at FedEx on Wednesday 3/10 and before I got to my house the XXL was shipped. I received the replacement jacket on Saturday 3/13!! Kudos for both the jacket, and the spectacular service. Thank you. Did I mention that I love this waxed trucker jacket?
