Huckberry

I've been buying Mystery Ranch products for years, and for good reason. They never disappoint. Thoughtfully designed, and built to last a lifetime. The Zoid cubes are no different. I purchased four in different sizes. As someone who travels extensively for work, these will be very helpful in keeping my clothes and gear organized. On this particular order, my shipment was lost by UPS. After a few days of back and forth, I decided to call Huckberry. Even though it was not their fault at all, a replacement order was expedited and sent out over the weekend. As my title states, I am happy with the product but even happier with the amazing customer service provided by the Huckberry team. I will continue to be a customer for a long time.

Ordered white, received another color. Ryan, in Customer Service, made up for the shipping error--and then some. Thanks to his superior skills, I received the correct order and I am presenting the other as a gift to friends rather than obtaining a refund.

This is a double review ~ First of Huckberry. I decided to replace a Patagonia jacket that is too large and has a very intrusive collar, ie it pokes you in the neck all the time... I emailed Huckberry on a Sunday and got a response! It was not just a response, it was a conversation that was 4-5 back-and-forths until my issues were fully resolved. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Now the jacket = in a word, perfect. After owning it a few weeks now, it has worked in all situations: cold, wind blowing, riding in a car, etc. The fit is just about right ~ my only issue is: as an old swimmer who still swims year around, the armholes are tight. This would fit my lats better if they opened up the armholes another 1-2" of room . I am OK, but that is a hair tight on a large. I am 5'10" and about 180 lbs. This jacket is so nice, as it does feel like a mini sleeping bag, not all loud and slick as many of the jackets are these days. It is more soft and comfy; however, it does repel wind nicely and I was walking out in a 15-20 mph breeze. The "big issue" seems to be the double zipper. NO ISSUES. Your muscle memory will get it right after a few times in the jacket. The zipper is well made (not small or "cheap"), but yes, I smile once and a while when I have to look down at it to get it all hooked up! If you are looking for the ultimate "all around" jacket and would like it to all the thoughtful details = this is it !!

I initially bought a size 10, which is what I normally wear. They were a little tight in the toe so I returned them for a 10.5 and they're perfect. This is my first order from Huckberry and what I loved was the free returns. I had a little problem navigating the website for returns, no fault of Huckberry it was all me. I called customer service and talked Raj was able to help me with my return label. I'll be ordering again from Huckberry.

I love these pants...got two diff styles. But even after following directions they shrank. However, customer service was so great they replaced. My recommendation: Buy a size larger and never machine wash. Wash rarely, hand wash and hang dry. No machine. Enioy!
