Huckberry

I normally wear 2X but Huckberry recommends 3X. Fits great but sleeves are a little too long. But again they say they will shorten with wear. Very happy with the product very happy but the service and the company will definitely purchase more items from the store. Was wanting to buy the vest to but my size is out of stock unfortunately during Black Friday.

The shoes are ok. Love the style, very uncomfortable for the first few wears, but ultimately this is my second pair. However, this second pair came to me and there were some issues, scratches and clearly were worn before. I wore the shoes and on the first wear the heal started to detach. I was so bummed because my first pair was perfect and we’re stolen so I had to buy this replacement. With all my concerns I contacted customer support and was helped by Heather. She was amazing! Very prompt to respond and very attentive and EXTREMELY understanding. All the issues with this second purchase was enough to make me never shop at Huckleberry, but Heather saved the day! It’s service like hers that will keep me loyal to this brand and I will be shopping far more now that I know what amazing service they provide!

These glasses arrived in just a week. Very impressive customer service! And the glasses themselves are very cool. They are hefty and well made and it's so much fun to rotate the glass and see different perspectives of our beloved Tetons!

Within the first two weeks of purchasing this Popover, I ended up causing some of the fabric to melt (long story!). I called Huckberry and they immediately shipped me a replacement AT NO COST! Besides great service, this jacket is awesome! Great fit, just the right weight and very well made.
