Great shoes!!! But the real great experience I had was your customer service! I had an issue with my order being lost, after emailing your customer service team I was credited my purchase back to my credit card and given a $10 dollar credit on my account. I wanted the shoes, but I had purchased them during the Black Friday sales event and the sale was now over. I contacted customer service and was taken care of. I was able to re-purchase the shoes at the sale price plus the $10 credit amount that was on my account. Thank You! Keep up the great customer service!

I love the boots, and even though the back strap pulled loose from the boot, customer service was terrific, and I received a replacement order immediately. If I could change anything, it would be the rise on the front of the boot. If I wear lighter socks, the boot rubs too much on the front of my shin.

Perfect shoes for those casual moments when sneakers just aren’t right. My first pair of chukkas, won’t be my last. Have to mention the amazing service at Huckberry. Shipment was a little mixed up by carrier and Huckberry went above and beyond to help out and show that they really do care about their customers. Props!
