The customer service to return the segways is awful.

FedEx returned to sender with

FedEx returned to sender with no explanation. Credit card was charged and hasn't been refunded. It has been 4.5 weeks since it was returned to Segway. Having to dispute the transaction through my CC company.

I wanted to cancel my

I wanted to cancel my order and change it to a different model, but several customer representatives were unable to do anything from their overseas office to properly report this to their US subsidiary warehouse and canceled/shipped it anyway.
