DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! Terrible, terrible experience. Weeks late. One arrived with no battery. No one answered in customer service. I wish I could undo this purchase.

Terrible service, customer support does

Terrible service, customer support does not work at all. For a month I have no information about my purchase. I didn't get my f40. I can't appreciate your product, but I can definitely say that buying on your website was a big mistake. I don't advise anyone.

The worst customer service ever! Complete lack of after-sales support. Was faulty since the first ride. I called them 7 times and always say we will follow up and still waiting, refused to send me a new one or give back my money

I purchased a brand new

I purchased a brand new scooter. The rubber cover to the charging port does not stay closed. I called customer service and received zero support, in addition to the agent not able to speak English clearly.
