Ordering and initial shipping was great. Once they had my money for the original purchase, customer service and follow through essentially stopped. Phone numbers don't work, replies from emails take days, and we've been waiting over a month for them to ship is parts to fix 3 broken Ninebots, all of which fell apart within 3 days of use.
