Due to weather, I have yet to get the kayak on the water and I am impressed with the ability to easily transport the kayak, but there are some items I think could be better. The bulkhead does not stay in place well, and, if using the float bags, this is a bigger issue. If the float bags are fully inflated they push the bulkhead out of place. I did a dry run of assembling the kayak twice, with and without the float bags. The other item I noticed is that the clips tend to get stuck and do not unclip well. Improving these items would really help.

not happy about tbe back portion of my seat popping out and basically impossible to insert it back in the slot while still in the kayak. feedback unsatisfactory about it~

I purchased a new Beach

I purchased a new Beach Sport LT and received a severely damaged and clearly used kayak with punctures on both the inner and outer surfaces. Oru has provided no explanation and stopped answering their phones and returning my calls. Their supervisor, Robert, promised to call me three days ago and did not. After spending over $2,000 on the kayak and many accessories and over 3 hours of free time returning the unusable kayak sent, calling, being placed on hold, and emailing, I still have not received any of the accessories ordered or the replacement kayak. This is an incompetent company with no accountability that does not mail what you order and pay for. If you value reliability, product quality, and customer service, consider my recent experience.
