I submitted a note about the broken footrest and haven’t heard back

No response yet on warranty but it has o only been one day. Shipping was fine.

Not impressed but not bad. Not good info on route protection add. Assembly instructions could be better and no information on the website about the disadvantages of the Lake model (Instability)

Took a while to get the right one and get the Inlet back. Too many different people involved. Took over a month.

Shipping experience was disappointing, especially for the price. Pack looks worth waiting for, even with its snug fit.
