Both kayaks came quickly. My only complaint is that both times I ordered, I was sent an email saying that my kayak was being delivered that day and that I needed to be home to sign for it, otherwise it would be sent back. Both times proved inaccurate. The kayaks did not even leave Calexico that day - though expected delivery remained for that day. The first time I stayed home for two days waiting for delivery, then Fed-Ex just left it on my doorstep - no signature was asked for. They didn’t even ring the bell. Second delivery was exactly the same except I didn’t readjust my whole day knowing they probably wouldn’t ask me to sign.

It's sometimes difficult to get parts for the older kayaks, however, if I can order the pieces, they arrive very quickly.

No serious complaints.

I was really impressed at the quick response to my request for my new part. The shipping took a coupling months before I got it… but that’s how shipping is these days. I still got it in time to go for one last paddle.
