I was really impressed at the quick response to my request for my new part. The shipping took a coupling months before I got it… but that’s how shipping is these days. I still got it in time to go for one last paddle.

Both bulkheads are bent and seat has large indentation

Custoer Service has been challenging. I finaly connected with Rebeca, wh was very helpful. It did take an entire month to finally get the new kayak. I deeply appreciated the undertanding and the f=gift of a free gel seat. I have now reviewed that item. I am hoping to safely enjoy kayaking for the foreseeable future. Getting out of the kaya is still challenging since the river where I love to paddle lacks a suitable, proper dock or launch ramp. . . and the sandy banks are very gooey and soft, making it very tricky to get out, stand and move the boat to shore. . . without dragging or hitting any stones/boulders.

I am sure everything in the bundle is fine. If I can ever manage to get the boat assembled without needing help, maybe I will get to try it out. As it stands right now, I haven't even taken any of it out of the box.
