Reasonable service given the issue. Bought thru Dicks Sporting Goods. I suspect their people aren't familiar with the product or they wouldn't have damaged the seat. Happy that you backed your product. We now have 2, inlet and beach.

This is much easier to assemble than the Tucktec kayak, and it's easier to carry because it has a handle. The Lake Sport has an adjustable backrest that's comfortable and doesn't interfere with a life jacket. It's too bad the gel seat is not included; you'll likely feel sore without it (though at least it will wear off quickly after kayaking). The gel seat should come with that model to fully justify the significant (40%) price difference with the Lake model.
