Awesome customer service!

Oru Kayak has great customer service! When we ordered the kayak, we realized it may arrive on a day we weren't home to receive the package. We contacted customer support and they delayed shipping by a couple days to ensure we'd be home to accept the delivery! We're really enjoying the kayaks and all of the rewards opportunities to earn additional merchandise credits.
