I had been looking for the perfect totable cup for a very long time--one that had some kind of handle or holder but not a full sized side one, one where I didn't have to remove the lid in order to drink, one that didn't leak, and one that kept my drink hot for more than 30 minutes. After a few months of loving the cup, it started leaking. I contacted the company and they quickly determined that the rubber gasket had fallen out. I normally hand wash the cup but it had recently been in the dishwasher. They sent me two replacement gaskets. I cannot see ever using another cup. Highly recommended!!

I was gifted a 20oz Roaster from a family member and love it. I use it every day. Great aesthetic and feel. I like the color selection for the various products, and the overall earthy, natural vibe. The Woodie caps are really cool. The Earthwell logo is clean and compact, yet still unique and recognizeable. Very appealing. The brand feels authentic and honest, love seeing you participate with 1% for the Planet and the Conservation Alliance. I lost the cap gasket when I was cleaning it one day, and contacted customer service to see if I could buy a replacement. Martha Rolfson responded to my email quickly, and offered to mail me a replacement at no charge. A few days later a package arrived with 2 replacement gaskets and some Earthwell stickers. Couldn't be happier! The overall look of the website is good. Easy to navigate, but a little glitchy. Some links don't work and a few don't load. Mobile functionality suffers a little too, with drop down menus not displaying properly. Love the brand and the product! Looking forward to seeing what you guys have in store!

I have the 22 oz Woodie bottle. Keeps cold things cold for a long time, which is just what I was looking for. When I had an issue with the cap, I reached out on the website and they quickly mailed a replacement, free of charge.
