I needed my Wahoo Bolt for biking trip.Contacted them if they got it in stock.Bought i, they post it the same day and I received parcel on time. Not that obvious this days. Thanks

Daventry branch. After 2 weeks and 2 damage bikes from Another business I called Daventry Leisure Lakes Bikes store ( as that was the closest one to me ) at about 2pm to see if it would be possible to purchase and collect bike next day for my daughter as she was well disappointed seeing that . Gentlemen I spoke with firstly check that bike is in stock and then squeezed in assembly of the bike next morning so I could collected it that afternoon ( 5 star review is understatement) Me and my 6 year old made 3 hour round trip to get the bike and we still went for a bike ride that afternoon. I thought it will be quicker to get the bike from another shop as Leisure Lakes was quoting on the website about 7 days , but as it turned out the other shops where delivering poorly secured bikes that were not assembled and that resulted in mechanical damages in transport. Leisure Lakes assemble their bikes so you have a piece of mind that bike is fully in working condition and ready to use. I since made another purchase with them for bike part via ebay and I had a part within 3 days. This purchase was for a child's birthday so it was against a deadline. Less than an hour after ordering the bike on line, I received an email to confirm the bike had been built and was ready. Again on picking the bike up in store the process was smooth and the staff were great.
