Best customer service

This Company goes out of its way to take care of its customers! They back their products 100%. If there is a problem, they really go out of their way to resolve it. As I've gotten to know the Company and its employees, my confidence has grown in their honesty and integrity. I just picked up my fourth new Elliptigo (an MSUB) from them yesterday. These people are a pleasure to do business with, and their products are a pleasure to use! JC

Love it!

I've got both the RSUB and MSUB! Just rode 72 miles around Lake Tahoe and got hit by a car. The bike performed excellent and withstood a 20 mph impact into a car. Love these products!

Arc 24 is my new ❤️!!!

I have owned an Arc 8 since June 2016. Originally I didn’t ride much until April 2019. I fell in love once I began riding consistently, but struggled a little bit on long rides that involved hills. I felt the need for more gears and was considering getting either an Arc 24 or the LS 11. When I found out that the Arc 24 was being phased out, I figured it was best to go with the Arc 24. Well, I don’t regret that decision. I have only been riding it for about 3 weeks (July 19) and I am in love with the performance. Overall, I was happy with my Arc 8 but the Arc 24 has me floating on clouds of joy! My performance on hills has gotten better and my times on various routes have been faster. I’m happy that I made the purchase and would recommend both the Arc 8 and the Arc 24 as must have bikes. At this point, I maybe Team Arc forever! Thank you Elliptigo for producing a bike that is enjoyable to ride and that provides and excellent quad, core, and cardio workout!

ElliptiGO

Really enjoying my ElliptiGO. Definitely a better workout than my bike. The elevated riding position is a great plus. Could use a couple more gears on the top for faster cruising. Sure a lot more fun than going to a gym and pounding away on some machine.

Very Quiet

I had no idea the bike could be this quiet. It is a miracle. Helpful tips: Watch the videos. -- removal of old Track Inserts: Took the bike outside in the sun in the early afternoon on a warm day. This softened the wax. The Track Inserts came out easily. I did have to get a larger screw driver to budge one of the Track inserts but then it moved easily. -- installation of new Track Inserts. I was careful to try to prevent wax from being scrapped off while inserting track inserts. A slight upward force on the rail while sliding them in helped. It is very quiet now.
