Keri at Customer Service was a tremendous help to me! I cannot thank her enough for all of the help she gave me. Her quick response to all of my questions was appreciated. The replacement videos were professionally done and easy to follow. I was able to successfully replace these parts along with my local bike mechanic because of the videos. I appreciate Keri recommending a hub oil change as well., since that has never been done since my purchase in 2014.

We have only used our elliptigo a few times, due to the fact that it is still winter. But the times that we did get out, were extremely eye opening. We hoped to get a really good workout with it, and we are not disappointed. After the initial driveway tryout, we have both taken it on the road. It takes a little time to feel in complete control, but once you get comfortable it becomes easier. We are both looking forward to using our elliptigo on a regular basis, as part of our daily routine.

I have been very impressed with the GO staff. They have always responded quickly to questions I have had on the phone and email. They always seem happy to help. Thanks for always taking to time to respond, I am sure you stay busy.

I am 66 years old and ran everyday for over 35 years. Had total hip replacement surgery on New Year’s Eve and was told my daily running would have to end. My ElliptiGO has replaced my needed exercise totally. I am scheduled for my second hip surgery (the other one) on April 7 and I am looking forward to getting back on my ElliptoGO a few weeks after. I know I am getting a good workout because when I return, my wife asks “are you doing OK?” Thanks ElliptoGO! My mental health and my family thanks you.
