I love my Ellliptigos and every time I order parts or products from the company the service is first class along with the products themselves. I also love the online videos that help a non-mechanical person like myself do a lot of the basic maintenance on them.

The Ellitigo team took extra steps to get my items delivered to me when I had a hiccup with FedEx. Personal thanks to David Bruno! The service is beyond expectations!
