I was having some issues with my original kickstand and emailed service (Kerri!) and she responded very quickly and professionally. I received the new stand within a few days, it was easy to install and it works great. I have been blown away not only by the Elliptigo product, but with their outstanding customer service as well.

The purchase of my R Sub was very smooth, Erin was a great help- incredibly knowledgable about your products and the web site. Keri got answers back to me on all the technical and bike carrier questions I had. It's a great experience to deal with customer & tech service folks that provide true " excellent service".

If you have a high hammy or butt injury, buy a SUB!! I cannot express enough how happy i am with the SUB (got the 8 speed as I got hills) Overall a fun bike.
