ElliptiGo was excellent in there response when I ordered spare parts like new glide rails, tires, tubes. The parts arrive quickly. ElliptiGo's online DIY maintenance videos are excellent. Definitely a quality high performing customer service company.

I absolutely love my Elliptigo. I have an 8C and will upgrading soon. I enjoy the low impact, running type exercise. It gives me a better workout than my bicycle.

Assembling the MSUB is very easy and quick.
