ElliptiGO

I purchased an Elliptigo about a month ago. I started off very nervous about balance, starting and stopping and everything in between. It was not long - maybe 3 1/2 rides - before I was confident and riding longer distances without an issue. It is so much more than a bicycle. It increases heart rate, tones legs, butt and abs. Why ride a bike when you can do so much more for your health? Love it - Occasionally, I do wish it had a small seat or post to lean on as I glide - Yes, you can glide easily. ElliptiGo allows for a nice long glide!

Service is great

I love my supergreen LS 8, and another in the garage with more features for friends to ride. Mostly I GO on a trainer, the roads around here not being safe for me. I long to live somewhere where the paths are paved, scenic, and long. Customer support/service is legendary, as well as helpful excellent videos to DIY. The company backs its products, to the point of recalling and replacing a whole line of SUBikes when a dangerous fault was found. Who does that? Elliptigo does that.

I purchased an MSUB directly from ElliptiGO in mid-March 2022. I've already enjoyed 10 one-hour rides (despite the weather in Chicagoland), and I'm pleased to say that the MSUB is truly excellent exercise equipment. The online Manual is highly detailed (text & photos) and user-friendly; and the many online videos are very informative & were also quite helpful to me. Lastly, I sent a non-urgent email to ElliptiGO requesting advice about transporting the MSUB, and I received a thorough recommendation about trailer-hitch racks within hours.
