When i order my load wheel set.. the clip wasnt came with the wheels.. i call to elliptigo costumer service for explain that i dont received my clips for the new load wheels..and they put on fedex the same day.. perfect costumer service and feel so happy with ellGO costumer service quick responce🙏👍🤩

I first ordered an arc 8 which sadly got recalled before i got a chance to ride mine. Replaced it w/ an rsub which turned out to be very harsh on my knees. Too bad, b/c they are very fast and fun to ride. Replaced the rsub w/ an 8c. I worked with Erin who was amazing and excellent throughout the whole process. She also sent me an enthusiast bundle for my 8c to replace the one i had bought for my arc 8 (at no extra charge). I also ordered the trainer stand for my 8c. I look forward to losing weight and staying in touch w/ my Go family on facebook. Don’t hesitate to invest in your health w/ a Go. I recommend test riding one first to see which one you like before ordering. Their group on Facebook is full of knowledgeable riders who can help assist with any questions you may have. Elliptigo can help too. Though you may be able to find a Go somewhere cheaper, i would recommend still ordering from Elliptigo b/c their customer service is AMAZING! They really go above and beyond for their customers. You will not find that at other places. Trust me.

I bought the stationary trainer in order to keep riding during the winter months. It arrived as promised. It is well constructed from solid materials.

can not say enough about how fab my msub is! From ordering to delivery to assembly everything was so easy. Love how adjustable this bike is. The mountain bike tires and shocks make the bike rideable on rocky and bumpy terrain up hills and down hills. Keep in mind the selection of gearing makes it easy to tackle hills The disc brakes are so responsive. The looks i get are when they see me ride by without a seat is priceless. This is a butt kicking workout. The msub is a performance machine.
